Cars and Stripes Forever |
| Description: |
Join retired Assistant LAFD Chief Frank Borden and a group of loyal and energetic volunteers at this pre-4th of July event! Free for the community, the Port of Los Angeles Cars & Stripes
Forever! event will feature live local bands (The Topics, Hindsight,
The Daddyos), classic cars, Harleys, new songs added to the
Bellagio-style Fanfare Fountain, activities for the children, food and
beverages for sale (including a Beer Garden) and a down-home patriotic
atmosphere. Activities and parking are free and all are invited to
enjoy this first-time event. Food and beverage sales benefit local
charities
All food and
beverage sales benefit the Los Angeles Fire Department Historical
Society and the Los Angeles Maritime Museum. Help save old Fireboat #2, the Ralph J. Scott!
